To register for SESAM 2026, we kindly request you to complete the below questions.
Please note that all questions with an asterix (*), are mandatory.

Upon completion of the registration document, you will have the choice to select either credit card payment or payment via wire transfer.
We do kindly remind you that as per our terms and condtions, all invoices are due upon receipt.

As a volunteer, you will be scheduled to work in the morning or the afternoon, with the opportunity to attend the Annual Meeting as a delegate for the rest of the day

During your shifts, you will be responsible for managing a scientific room.

You must be available for a briefing on the afternoon of Tuesday 16 June and for the duration the Annual Meeting (Wednesday 17 to Friday 19 June).

You will be requested to fill in your SESAM Member ID.
All members have received an email with your dedicated SESAM Member ID with the launch of the new SESAM Membership Platform.
Should you not have received this email, or have any questions with regards to your membership, please contact membership@sesamsociety.org prior to registration.

Public Transportation

The SESAM 2026 Annual Meeting Organisers are pleased to inform you that you have the possibility to purchase public transportation cards at a reduced rate.

The ticket is valid for one person for one operating day in zones 1 and 2. The Lyon Convention Centre is located in zone 1. You will receive the one‑day pass from the organisers, and it can be reloaded up to 10 times at TCL stations. You can collect it at the reception desk starting Monday, 15 June at 4:00 pm.

Accommodation Information

The organisers have secured shared apartments at Montempo Apparthotel, 35 Quai Charles de Gaulle, 69006 Lyon, for volunteers working on the SESAM Annual Meeting.
