Jean-François Coppieters (Macq) presents Macq's traffic enforcement deployment on the D020 in Istanbul, combining average-speed, phone and seatbelt detection through QCAM5 cameras and the M³ back-office software, day and night. The session covers the documented impact of average-speed enforcement (-30% accidents, -56% fatal or serious-injury crashes) and closes on Macq's Enforcement-as-a-Service model, in which the municipality carries no investment or maintenance cost.
