This future strategic session on 6G will elaborate the expected improvements for a safer, more sustainable and more efficient road traffic. Novel technical 6G enablers like ISAC and AI will help to detect critical traffic situations and to improve ADAS, vehicle automation functions and VRU protection. Interworking and interfaces between vehicle / VRU AI agents and network AI agents need to be defined. The session will also present first ISAC V2X trial results which figured out required KPIs for road sensing scenarios addressing safety. The session is supported by telco industry, vehicle industry, 5GAA, ERTICO, One6G and jointly organised by One6G and 5GAA.
